Service Description

School aged children experience a unique and tailored curriculum, geared towards their social and emotional and physical growth. With each class, we focus on ourselves by finding our voices in our 'Mindful Minute' discussions and by pushing our bodies into spaces we only dream about. We also reinforce our learning through games and other fun activities. These classes are fun and engaging!
